Happy Health is an offline wellness guide: yoga and meditation, home workouts, back and posture exercises, and a natural remedies and nutrition reference. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: nothing is collected, and nothing leaves your phone.

Data collection

We do not collect, store on a server, sell or share any of your information.

• The app has no internet permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere. All the guides, pictures and sounds are inside the app.
• There is no account and no sign-in.
• There are no ads (ever), no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data.

What stays on your phone

• Your activity history (sessions, minutes and streaks), saved items, your answers to the Home Fitness setup questions and your settings are kept in the app's private storage on your phone.
• They are not included in Android backups, so they never go to any cloud.
• Settings > Delete all my data erases all of it at once. Uninstalling the app removes it too.

Reminder notifications

The daily reminder is off until you turn it on. On Android 13 and newer the app then asks for permission to show notifications. The reminder is scheduled on your phone; no server is involved.

Health information

Happy Health is for general information only and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose anything, and it does not ask for or store any medical records.

Purchases

Happy Health is a paid download (the price is set in Google Play). There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details.

Children

The app is made for adults and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
